You must at least fulfill these requirements so that KSK Personal AG can place you:
You are in possession of a Swiss nursing diploma (Dipl. Pflege / Nachdiplomstudiengang (NDS)) for the areas of emergency, anesthesia, intensive care medicine or have a federal certificate as FaGE / FaBe etc.
For our foreign colleagues from EU / EFTA countries, the following applies: a positive PreCheck is sufficient for the first 90 days, after which a completed diploma recognition at the SRC (Swiss Red Cross) is mandatory. We therefore recommend that you apply for recognition as soon as you receive the positive PreCheck.
Language training certificate of qualification at least level B2 in German and only from the Goethe Institute (another institute is not recognized).
The following applies to all colleagues:
- Minimum age 18 years
- Medical clearance certificate (not older than three months) (exercise of the nursing activity)
- Police clearance certificate / extract from criminal record (not older than three months)
Foreign specialists submit an application for recognition to the SRC (Swiss Red Cross). As a rule, the so-called “equivalence” is checked, i.e. the qualification obtained abroad is compared with the Swiss training. Both the practical and theoretical content of the training as well as the professional experience are taken into account if this can be proven (e.g. through work references).
Tip: Please be sure to go through the Pre Check, this is a preliminary stage of recognition. You will then receive a letter from the SRC stating which of your qualifications will be recognized, as well as which documents are required and, above all, in which format. Some documents, for example, require an apostille or a certified copy from the embassy in your home country.
Here is a tip: Submit all documents already notarized.
