Your earnings as a TMA (temporary employee) are around 30% of the regular salary. The exact amount depends on your qualifications, your professional experience and the region in which you live. The canton / municipality in which you live is also important. We can only provide more precise information once we know your personal background.

This varies. Specialists from KSK Personal AG change facilities on a daily, weekly or even monthly basis. If it works particularly well in one facility, multiple assignments in the facility in question are possible. On the one hand, it depends on the workload you would like to work, and on the other hand, on what is on offer. At the moment, the higher the workload, the longer the assignment. It is also entirely up to you. Some colleagues want to change more, others do not.
