As a recruitment agency, we are responsible for temporary employees who regularly work in new companies and need to be trained quickly. Good training in hazard recognition and work safety measures, as well as adequate equipment, are crucial to avoid accidents.
Every year, 250,000 occupational accidents occur in Switzerland, some of which are even fatal. As a recruitment company, we have a responsibility to reduce these numbers. Although accidents are not completely preventable, there are factors that encourage them. By recognising these and taking appropriate action, we can save lives.
