Collective Labour Agreement for Staff Leasing

Valid throughout Switzerland

Are you working temporarily and would like to find out more about your collective labour agreement (CLA)? Then you have come to the right place. The CBA Staff Leasing has been in force since 1 January 2012 and applies to the whole of Switzerland.

In addition to a regulated minimum wage, it brings you the following advantages as a temporary worker:in:

- You are well protected in case of illness and accident.

- You benefit from a good pension plan (BVG)

- You are entitled to subsidised further training (temptraining)

Over 350,000 people work temporarily in Switzerland every year. Thanks to the temptraining training fund, you benefit from advanced training opportunities and can thus maintain and improve your employability.

Financial bases

Why do I pay 0.7 per cent of my salary to the CLA?

The collective agreement ensures fair conditions for temporary workers. Minimum wages, but also holidays and overtime or your pension fund are thus uniformly defined. To ensure that this is always done by the staffing agency or your temporary employment agency, tempcontrol carries out checks. The CLA also provides for the good sick pay solution tempcare. You benefit from this if you fall ill while working. You may also be interested in temptraining, the training fund for temporary workers.

All this costs money, which is financed by the CLA contribution. Your employer also pays a contribution of 0.3 per cent. All other provisions of the CBA Staff Leasing can also be found in the brochure under Downloads.
